Totally online solution that collects evaluations, generates instant certificates in multiple professions, and provides online data extracts and/or reports. Provides all of the same features of the paper-based system. Participants can log in and build their meeting transcript each day, saving their data to return at a later date. Select “Finished” when ready to lock records and generate a certificate.
The system archives certificate data for participant access 24×7×365. Includes 30 days of email customer service, Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, excluding holidays. Admin features to allow late access to individual participants who require special handling and to unlock participants who locked their records prematurely.
Data requirements for meeting set-up are similar to those needed for paper-based systems. Go Green and save a few trees this year!
