During the conference, please contact an associate at the CE kiosk. You can also send e-mail using the Contact Us link on the left menu bar.

After the conference, contact support staff at: asha@pesgce.com

A customer service person will reply to your request within 1 business day, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm eastern time, excluding holidays.

NOTE: The system will close for data entry approximately one month after the conference. All participants must have submitted their final records by that time.

Instructions

You may submit records from ANY computer with Internet access, during or after the conference, until the system closes approximately 30 days after the event.

If you registered on site, you may not be able to access the system until your data is loaded into the CEU system. This takes approximately 24 hours.

  • Enter your ASHA account number and your last name to log in. You may also select the link and log in with your badge number. If the system does not recognize you, try the search function.

  • You may SAVE your file and return to it at any time to add more sessions or make changes, through the system closing date (30 days after the meeting ends).

  • You may use the REPORT function from the CE Summary Screen at any time to preview a draft of your session report.

  • When you have selected all the sessions you attended, click on the FINISHED button. You will be required to answer a few questions, including the Ethics Pledge, before you can print your final session report. After completing this process, you will not be able to make further changes to your CE record.

  • You will be able to either print out your session report or select the option to have a PDF e-mailed to you.

  • will be submitted to the ASHA CE Registry approximately 45 days after the conclusion of the meeting.


You may log back into the system at any time to print out a duplicate copy of your session report using your ASHA account number and last name.

Printing Problems

If you cannot print your session report, it might be due to pop-up blockers on your browser. You will need to change your settings to allow pop-ups for this site. To do so, please follow these instructions (using the menu bar at the top of the browser):

Windows browsers:

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings. In the ensuing window, type "dspesg.com" into the field at the top and click Add.

Firefox: Tools>Options>Block Popup Windows. Make sure this option is UNCHECKED. You can also select the option to add "dspesg.com" as an allowed site.

Netscape: to Tools>Pop-up Manager>Manage Pop-ups. In the ensuing window, type "dspesg.com" and click Add.

Mac OS X browsers:

Safari: Go to Safari>Block Pop-Up Windows. Make sure this option is UNCHECKED next to the line item.

Firefox: Go to Firefox > Preferences > Content. Make sure the "Block pop-up windows" option is UNCHECKED. You can also select the option to add "dspesg.com" as an allowed site.

Netscape: Go to Netscape > Preferences. A new window will open. Single-click "Privacy & Security", then single-click "Popup Windows". Make sure "Block unrequested popup windows" is UNCHECKED - OR - leave it checked and single-click "Allowed Sites...". Then type "dspesg.com" and click "Add".

Internet Explorer: There is no current, supported version of Internet Explorer for Mac. If you have an older version of IE, please note that it does not block pop-ups.
