Nothing happens when I try to print my report. How can I fix this?
Your browser may be set to block pop-up windows. Please change your settings to allow pop-ups for this site. To do so, please follow these instructions (using the menu bar at the top of the browser):
Windows browsers:What if the report is incorrect or missing a session that I attended?
Internet Explorer: Go to Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings. In the ensuing window, type "dspesg.com/asha/" into the field at the top and click Add.
Netscape: Go to Tools>Pop-up Manager>Manage Pop-ups. In the ensuing window, type "dspesg.com/asha/" and click Add.
Mac OS X browsers:
Safari: Go to Safari>Block Pop-Up Windows. Make sure this option is UNCHECKED.
Netscape: Go to Netscape>Preferences. A new window will open. Single-click "Privacy & Security", then single-click "Popup Windows". Make sure "Block unrequested popup windows" is UNCHECKED - OR - leave it checked and single-click "Allowed Sites...". Then type "dspesg.com/asha/" and click "Add".
Internet Explorer: Does not require pop-ups, so there shouldn’t be a problem.
